  another fun fact about Pikmin is there is a thing called a &quot;crushing glitch&quot; which is a rare phenominon where your pikmin get squished through the floor and die, this commonly happens in the battle against the puffstool and became more common in the motion controls and was entirely removed in the switch release

One of my favorite parts of RetroAchievements is seeing the community come together to figure out how to complete some of the challenges, similar to when I played these games for the very first time and nobody knew all of the secrets yet. The Super Mario Sunshine RA set is one of my favorite examples of this.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phC99-hmHyU&amp;t=745">12:25</a> people have probably mentioned this already, but the puffstool very commonly causes a glitch known as the crush glitch to occur that causes pikmin to fall thru the map and die. you had 3 pikmin die this way to the puffstool earlier!

  Fun video. As someone who also has done this set recently, I feel your pain on the distant spring challenge mode. The video pacing was good. The explanations of each achievement were succinct and perfect. The only issue I had is it was very noticeable to me (as a huge pikmin fan) when you got the names of certain enemies wrong. The “snargret” instead of “snagret” or the “pearly clam” instead of “pearly clam clamp”. Other than my minor nitpicking with those names, this is a very well produced first video. I hope your channel grows and wish you the best of luck!

  Stumbled across some of the newer videos, and wow, this first one has the same level of quality! I don’t expect people to get videos right the first time, but this one holds up extremely well! A great start to a channel I look forward to watching!

  Watching the Smoky Progg execute half of your squad was painful, great video! I love Pikmin 1 even after replaying 4 and seeing people experience this old game in new fresh ways with achievements is nice
