Shows that care matters. Out of my price range but beautiful workmanship as far as we can see, lovely.

A mate of mine bought one of these a few years back. I thought he’d lost his mind, but it’s one of the best necks I’ve ever played. Bloody brilliant guitar! Easily as good as any Fender at twice the price.

Played one of their Tele’s at the Birmingham Guitar Show and the neck was the nicest finished neck I’ve ever played. None of that sticky gloss rubbish! And lovely frets to!

Looked at these at Birmingham. At first thought they were overpriced for a chinesium guitar until I spoke to Mark ( Diamond Geezer). All the hardware was quality and perfectly set up. These are now the standard that everyone needs to meet!! Laters Mungbeans :hand-pink-waving:

Shijie is the best guitar manufacturer i've ever come across - I've owned 6 shijies to date, and every single one of them was flawless. I've only ever owned the pro level and the master build levels, so i can't speak to the standard line - but even the pro level at $1400, is better build quality than any other top tier level guitar i've ever owned, and that includes suhr, anderson, prs, fender, gibson - no joke, they are absolutely nuts how good they are.

In my day, we had guitar brands like Satellite and Kay. Plyboard bodies, weedy single coils under PAF chrome covers. Firewood with strings on.
