  My husband loves your channel. We have walked this mall. We love it. We’re an older couple in our late 50s and early 60s (half Filipino half white; he’s black) looking to retire to Cebu city. We’ve lived all our lives in Northern California and have done well but are done with trying to be so much more than we are. We want to travel and not worry about paying an overpriced mortgage. We just visited a couple weeks ago for two weeks and we found that we loved Cebu business park better over IT park. We would love to see condos that cater to pets as we have a small dog. We will always probably have a pet and I haven’t seen too much of that around there. We learned that the our favorite condo the Alcoves of all of them does cater to pets, but we would be open also to other really nice condos or properties that are close to the water that are homes to either rent or purchase. We want to rent first then maybe purchase…

  Yep one of the best malls ive ever seen and I don’t remember the name but i ate at an Italian place there and it was fantastic 😊👍👍👍👍
