  My daughter attended her first journalism class at Utah State University last Fall. &nbsp;The female professor said that if there was anyone in the class who was a conservative, cis-gendered white male that they should leave right now-- this class wasn&apos;t for them. She dropped the class the next day.

  My mother was a newspaper journo, beginning in the early 1970&apos;s, and retiring in 2019 ... during Covid she said something that shocked and surprised me. She said that it was a mistake to have so many women of child bearing age in the media. That women project their motherly fears, through the media, upon the public

  I worked for Sears about 15 years ago. My department manager told me about their unwritten rule- if they have a male and a female candidate for a position, they&apos;re going to hire the female. That is a direct result of that lawsuit.

  OMG! I have been saying this for the last several years! And yes, I am a female. It&apos;s so blindingly obvious. I LOVE this woman! There IS far, far too much of the &quot;feelings over facts&quot; emphasis. &quot;My truth&quot; as opposed to &quot;THE truth&quot;. And so on. I fervently hope that this horrible and destructive trend is finally beginning to end, for the sake of all of us.
