  Cold is a word that could describe my clear decision to simply reduce my Involvement with those who want an inauthentic connection with me that requires me to disrespect my own carefully reached conclusions about what l see to be unrealistic and inappropriate behaviors being engaged in by them.<br><br>From my own point of view, it&apos;s simply honoring and respecting myself in an appropriate manner. But from their point of view, indeed the word cold is one that might be applied to me, after they have chosen to make me the villain for simply protecting my peace by erecting barriers to foolishness.<br><br>Indeed if l had a voice in how l am casted in my role, and I wouldn&apos;t cast myself as the cold-hearted villain. But l do not run central casting in other people&apos;s lives, nor do l care about what any other person thinks about decisions l make for my well being.<br><br>So, l reduce my Involvement with others when and where l determine that doing so serves me.<br><br>I hope that younger introverted-analytical-intuitive individuals aka Sigma Males grasp these important distinctions made in this video so they can live fully and freely NOW.<br><br>And thank you for outlining the dynamics unfolding for all to see!

  My birth year and race DO matter: I was born in 1973 in Seattle, where I grew up. Japanese-American, male, and heterosexual. Sigma Male, for the most part. Long story short, I got to know a prominent retired Japanese-American eye doctor, VERY established. Well, he started overstepping boundaries with me (the last straw was asking me to help him move a big TV at his house, &quot;because I&apos;m the strongest person he knows.&quot; Yeah RIGHT, we met at our HEALTH CLUB, and MOST of the men there have MUCH bigger muscles than me. No, Dr. D (as I&apos;ll call him) saw me as &quot;the easiest person to sucker into moving his TV for him.&quot; I cut Dr. D off. When I see him at the club, I&apos;m aloof and curt to him. I&apos;m THIS close to telling him, &quot;I don&apos;t wish to communicate anymore.&quot; Even though he is SO much richer and more accomplished than me, I can tell that me (a Joe Schmoe) cutting him off, DOES have an effect on him. But why? He&apos;s RICH, well-accomplished, and I&apos;m a &quot;nobody,&quot; frankly.
