Just in case no one has mentioned it yet... the "translator" also plays Trump. Max Giermann is an absolute genius at inhabiting other people's personas—both in terms of appearance and manner of speaking! The guy is a chameleon! And this is German humor at its finest! Our humor is incredibly political; political satire and sarcasm are right up our alley. In that regard, we’re very similar to the British. The main shows currently airing—as just mentioned—are Extra3 (dry humor) and the heute-show*. Another genre is political cabaret. One of the "flagships" of this field is Volker Pispers' program *Die USA und der Terrorismus (The USA and Terrorism). The show was created during the Bush administration and naturally focuses on the Iraq conflict and everything associated with it... Pispers is so spot-on that the material hasn't lost any of its precision to this day... There is a five-part series on YouTube that a wave of Americans has watched and commented on since the outbreak of the pandemic. The general sentiment was always: "I didn't know about that," or "I'd never heard of that before..."

The toothless guy laughing at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcnQTYicLWw&t=182">3:02</a> was a permanent fixture on a Spanish chat show in the 90s. He was known as "Risitas" (Giggles), and used to tell the most anodyne anecdotes, but would laugh his ass off the whole way through, to the point that most people didn't even know what he was talking about, which made him hilarious. And it wasn't an act: he was just a humble guy from a poor neighbourhood who they discovered, being one of those "oh, you gotta meet THIS guy" kinda people, and put on TV. I met him at a film premiere after party once and said "Risitas! Let me get you a drink!", to which he replied "but it's a free bar, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I said, "OK, I'll get you two drinks". And, while busting a gut laughing, he accepted. The world is darker without him. RIP.

You know what's funny? Even if Trump is the LEAST racist person...the LEAST racist person, is still a racist.

Note: " Der Weiße Riese" is a brand of washing detergent, so it's a well known play of words for Germans. ps: "fies"= mean

The sad thing is, even though it's a completely over-the-top satire, it could actually be a real Trump speech!! And what's absolutely shocking is that in the U.S., millions of people would admire him even more for this speech! Only in America!! :face-turquoise-covering-eyes:

A record is being kept of when, how often, and on what topics Trump makes a statement. Afterward, the data is reviewed and reclassified. I despise barter economies.

I discovered this channel only recently, and I must say that you seem very reflected and intelligent, so it's almost a shame that you've left the US, since it's people like you they need over there now! 👍😀 Regarding Trump the Mad, I can't say I can think of anything good he has done for your country, so I'll go for some bad stuff you made me think of 😁 I saw a news segment 2-3 days ago, about wheat farmers in the US. They lacked two thirds of their workforce for harvesting and planting (apparently some grains are planted in autumn), because of ICE and all that, and one farmer had lost all the workers. He had tried to hire locals (as had the other farmers), but people wouldn't do it. One farmer had managed to get 10 locals, through some government agency (unemployment?), but they were all gone within a week. So the wheat was rotting in the fields for many. Same for many other types of grain. One of them said that if farmers didn't have other income on their farms, like livestock or chicken, they would go bankrupt. Which brings me to the other side of the world. Ukraine has been attacking Russian oil infrastructure and refineries and such for some years now, especially intense in 2026. Not sure if you follow news about that. But in short, there is a major fuel crisis in Russia, so farmers haven't been able to harvest or plant there either. The grain is rotting in the fields. If they can harvest, they can't transport it. So two huge grain producers of the world will be severely hampered this and next year, which will lead to higher cost of food in the world - again - and more hungry people in the world, again. And Russia is still occupying (and have destroyed) thousands of square kilometers of Ukrainian farmland. Ukraine is nicknamed 'the food basket of Europe'. Prices of food are still high in the world, because those fields are gone. Can't replace such farmland. So it's a 'perfect storm' when it comes to food. And energy. No oil or fuel from Russia (they normally export a LOT of fuel, now they import), and Strait of Hormuz still closed. Oil reserves are dwindling. Prices are rising. Winter is coming, etc... Trump and Putin, best buddies, are ruining the world. Putin is extremely intelligent, and a narcissistic psychopath. Trump is extremely stupid, and a narcissistic psychopath. Both extremely dangerous combinations. It's like living in an alternate reality... 😞
