It’s a rare thing to watch somebody grow into adulthood, it’s been a hell of a journey you’ve taken us on so far. Keep up the good vibes Reggie, you have a great future ahead of you.

Psychedelics can open a door, but meditation is the path that teaches you how to walk through it.

Before I've even watched it, I just want to say thank you, Regg. Your content has helped me during a dark time in my life. I watched your last ayahuasa vlog when it came out and it was top tier. Have a great Christmas and New Year 🎉💯

When you are free from the rat race it's probably really strange to not have a direction but keep inspiring people your spiritual connection will now be a beacon for the rest of your life

Reg, this is honeslty amazing mate, you seem to make a lot of apologies and excuses for being upset and for being yourself and letting your emotions out, Forget that. You put yourself in this limelight that you have created and it seems you worry about what others seem to think too much and try to please those with opinions. You should be more true to yourself and own who you are and your reactions to these intense moments. Youve been amazing through this and your journey. Maybe its your age and self belief in what makes a man a man. Maturity and experience really does change how you react to these intense moments. Treat this as a great head start. Ive been to war, ive lost a child to a car accident, truly horrific things, I wonder how I'd react to something like this. I'd also be scared in all honesty. Continue to be true to yourself mate and be open. You cant do more than that.

It's classic confirmation bias. They will always have an excuse or reason to explain the situation.
