It was quite funny to realize that I had bases in every single area you mentioned during my nearly 2000 hours of Dune 😆

I have 1370 hours in the game and I still found this very useful; so thanks. I'm currently speeding through single player and was contemplating where to build my endgame base and this helped me pick a spot; one I've never even considered because it was always taken in live.

A very nice spot, for the view and being central is the cliff just west of the Atreid outpost Helius Gate. Access to aluminium right around, same for basalt. A direct ground access to go farm the Rift for the resources down there with a buggy. Right above lot of Dew Fields (that are at the bottom of the cliff under Helius Gate) and a short flight to get to a possible Jasmium farming tiny base. You can extend the base enough to get a direct access on the 'road' and having the base hanging over the cliff.

I have got literally no idea how to find the trade post you mentioned for the first base.

If you are going to build a jasmium base just build it right next to the rocks.

Awesome video 😊 When I started I made my base way over on the Eastern part of Haga South and it was such a trek every time to get to the trade post 😂
