I might have done 200+ intubations but everytime its a new challenge. Patients life depends on doctors skills.

I  congratulate you on a valuable grounding in intubation - I was crapping myself when told to perform it on an unconscious patient - the aneathesatist mistook me for a medical student - scared me to death when he said " well go on then - keep her alive!"...always wanted to learn how to do it because it made me feel inadequate not being able to protect the airway...I was a nurse not a Doctor but I wanted to improve my ability to intervene positively - thank you for teaching me the  basics.

I always desperately wanted to perform intubation. I have tried so many times but failed again and again. It left me frustrated and I kind of felt I was incompetent. Today I intubated suscesfully. Thanks to my anaesthesia doctor for keeping faith on me.

a patient almost died yesterday coz a resident doctor was intubating and he asked for my help to assist him, i didnt have a clue how to do it,so instead of helping him, i made his task of intubating a lot more difficult.  ive been studying about intubation for hours bow, and this has been the most helpful, thank you.
