  Just had a neck and facelift for my 70th birthday by a double board certified plastic surgeon. My neck went straight down from my chin and I decided to do something for me and I’m thrilled.

  Congratulations on such rich and authentic content. It's rare to find a space where mature beauty is discussed with this much respect, humor, and awareness. I believe everyone should feel free to choose if and how to enhance their appearance—as long as it's done safely and with the right information. Aging gracefully doesn’t mean giving up on self-care, but doing it with self-respect. Thank you for the inspiration and the support you provide to so many people.

  I am 76.  Had plastic surgery when I was 54.     Had my eyes done too……Smartest thing I ever did.    Boston doc.

  Nikol you just crack me up when you try something new like the face lift tape! The fact that you demonstrate these for your audience is great. I myself am perfectly fine in my aging journey. <br>Please please don’t let the vicious comments bother you. I can tell you from experience that negativity is from jealousy, ignorance or both!!<br>I love your approach and you have helped me so much in feeling good about myself as well as learning expert techniques in makeup application. <br>Stay true to yourself - you cannot improve on greatness!!🥰

  I worked in plastic surgery in a variety of positions for many years. &nbsp;I sat in on face consultations. A good plastic surgeon will always ask what is your main concern and WHY do you want to do something about it. Most women do it for themselves and not just to look younger but to look less tired, or they don&apos;t even recognize themselves anymore. A few said they were tired of being mistaken for their husband&apos;s mother. Sometimes it is career related. &nbsp;If you have heavy undereye bags and droopy eyelids you look tired and employers, or frequently prospective employers, see you as less energetic and slower than younger applicants. There are many reasons women seek out plastic surgery. &nbsp;A reputable surgeon will send you packing if they think you are not a good candidate. &nbsp;Be honest with your surgeon and yourself, listen to their recommendations, don&apos;t have unrealistic expectations and you will be very happy.

  I love everything you do. You are elegant, honest, and so sensible. At 75 yrs of age I see no point in following young models that haven’t approached menopause and what it does to both your skin and sanity. Thank you so much for what you do.

  I love your positive attitude on aging. I&apos;m almost 77 and it would be nice to be 47 or 57 but it isn&apos;t happening! There is no right or wrong and if you want surgery that&apos;s fine . I don&apos;t want surgery but I do love to use makeup that looks natural and not overdone. If a wrinkle or dark spot shows a little then that&apos;s me. No one should feel pressure &nbsp;to have something done unless they want to do it for themselves only.
