  Slightly wounded is pretty much the military's way of saying, "At least you still have all of your limbs. Those are kinda important."

  Roy is such a fantastic example of someone raised correctly who embodied the lessons he learned. Roy never quit. Roy helped people in need. Roy was humble. He's just such a wonderful example of both a soldier and a man.

  Thomas Leo &quot;Tom&quot; Clancy, Jr. <br>&quot;The difference between reality and fiction? Fiction has to make sense. There&apos;s nothing that&apos;s ever happened in the world that didn&apos;t start in one human mind.&quot;

  As a veteran both theses men are amazing but the most amazing thing about Audie Murphy was not the fact he had every combat medal you can earn it was what he did after he left service. He locked himself in a hotel room for days and overcame alcoholism and ptsd during his isolation and then focused on helping others.

  Roy Benevidez was an absolute legend. &nbsp;Got his back broken by a land mine, literally walked it off, and THEN became a green beret and a MAC V SOG operator. &nbsp;What a badass.

  I’ve been waiting a long time for this reaction. I’m so glad Ember’s covering it. Her heart is not prepared.
