  I own a 1000 share of Nike but only 1 pr of the shoes. I own 10 prs Adidas and none of the stock. Hmmm

  We've heard that same turnaround blabla about the Nike a year ago. And none of it materialized.

  We have been hearing this "non-linear turnaround" rhetoric for more than a year now. And btw. adidas delivered double digit revenue growth in 2025 including China. So Nike cannot blame "external headwinds" for it's contineous bad performance including in China. My disappointment here is that CEO Hill sold the whole thing as if a turnaround was set in stone, the only question was how it would play out and the mantra here was "uneven" and will "take longer". Well it's not uneven, it's simply not happening. And pretty much all the analysts cheerleadered Hill. We even had the "smart money" (aka Bill Ackmann) in. And the whole party crashed. Hill is in on the job for 18 months now and he is still predicting revenue decline for entire 2026, while adidas is increasing revenues and profits, which should be the case because the sector is a growth sector.

  Competition have caught up with Nike.  Hoka, On, New Balance, and Adidas are taking big chunks of Nike sales
