I like how the Oldest House is actually a real building. 33 Thomas Street in NYC. Its a concrete skyscraper with no windows, and weirdly everyone keeps forgetting about it.

man, thank you Emily for calling out how Dr Darling treated Dylan. Like yeah quirky Dr, passionate about his research, fun! HORRIBLE FATHER.

Dylans flight animation looks exactly like I do when I fly in my dreams. It's a bit unnerving how accurate it looks.

1 hr in and Jesse is deep in the lore and hasn't left the oldest house yet. I wouldn't have it any other way. So ready for the Jesse playthrough

For anyone wondering, some of the graffiti seen is written in Finnish, some of them names (Anssi, JP), and "Oispa Tonni somehow" means roughly "I wish I had a thousand/a ton somehow" or "I wish there was a thousand/a ton somehow".

There was a post saying that Control 2 is getting a photo mode in November. It'll be a bit too late, but possibly if there are lore bits that are too hard to read now maybe in the future they can be deep dived more easily.

It blows my mind that we all go "Oh, Darling. You handsome scamp you"....the dude has 4-5 pages of notes saying how he tortured Dylan in the first game....like, we aren't forgetting that he IS a awful monster of a human being, right? XD

I actually like the new sound design but I keep thinking "they recast the VA for the Board" 😂

I’d love to watch, but I’ll be coming back once I’ve gotten to put some of my own time in the game. I’ll still have this on mute in the back for a while to help the algorithm though
