  She had every opportunity to apologise when the judge asked if she'd like to say something and she didn't want to. That tells you she's not sorry at all!

  When the mother said &quot;it left a scar&quot;, it hurt my heart. I started kindergarten at 4 years old due to my birthday and my Kindergarten teacher was so cruel to me. My very first day, she yelled at me in front of the whole class for not being able to recognize my name on my supply box. She was speaking to the class when i tried telling her I couldn&apos;t find my box and she yelled at me and told me I should be able to read my name. I went to try and find it again, this time in tears. I went back to tell her I still couldn&apos;t find it and she came over to me and grabbed me so hard by my arm, dragged me across the classroom and threw me in a corner and yelled at me again for interrupting her. That was my first impression of what school was going to be like and my heart was broken. For some reason, I was afraid to tell my mom what happened. I have a wonderful mother that would have most definitely confronted her but I was so scared of that teacher that I didn&apos;t feel comfortable telling my mom. A few weeks later, my mom actually walked into the classroom when the teacher was yelling at me for something else (the teacher was mean to me everyday), well my mom got to confront her and demanded I be placed in another class with another teacher. I&apos;m 41 years old and it still hurts when i think about how that teacher treated me. It does leave a scar. Sometimes through the years, I wanted to find her and speak to her as an adult and let her know that she was responsible for breaking a little girls spirit.<br>The new teacher I got was absolutely amazingand she built my spirit back up!<br>I finally did tell my mom years later about what happened to me. Of course she wishes I would have told her and looking back, I was I did too!

  I think a lot of us has had this type of person as a teacher. Someone who really had no business being in that type of roll around children.

  A no contest plea is not taking responsibility. It is an acknowledgment that they can prove it against you, but you don&apos;t want to take responsibility.

  The only thing she&apos;s sorry about is having to face a judge about her despicable actions...I was like a mother lioness when it came to my son.

  Judge Simpson has got to be one of the best sitting behind the bench. I only wish more places would show video of their proceedings so we could discover more judges like this.

  This is Judge Simpson’s disappointed father speech. It’s like he has to explain to this woman what’s she did wrong and why she should be sorry

  The attorney can state her client is &nbsp;&apos;remorseful&apos; and &apos;taken responsibility/accountability&apos; until she turns blue but it does not make it true. &nbsp;Defendant had two opportunities to say she&apos;s sorry but declined, until the Judge called her out on her behavior.
