It is just amazing to me why in hell when a person kills someone they do NOT get life in prison.

I am from Abbotsford area. I bought Terry’s car after the conviction. Crazy story. He was a wacko. His dad was a Vancouver cop. He desecrated that girls grave and put her gravestone on a radio station car in their parking lot. Scared the hell out of the whole area.

Good on Terry Driver’s mother in coming forward to identify her son’s voice. Many parents wouldn’t do that. They didn’t tell us much about Driver, so I wonder if he acted like a psycho in his daily life and that’s why his mother was so quick to turn him in to authorities.

Terry Driver's mother did the right thing and turned in her own son. She undoubtedly felt it was more important that this predator not be free to harm anyone else than that her son would be allowed to live out his life in freedom. Good for her. She is a truly honorable woman.

Regarding the two men who ended their friend's life in order to rob him, the moral of that story is NEVER tell ANYONE if you have a large sum of money on you. I know there are people who are totally trustworthy and they would never harm you in order to rob you; however, you are in serious trouble if you are wrong in deciding who these people are. Best just to assume EVERYONE might be a threat. And that's just sad, isn't it?
