UPDATE: If you're curious about HOW I get all of this to fit into my Allpa Adventure Pack, I've posted a video showing you the entire process here - https://youtu.be/QSDZsFtbDuU

If you’re looking for links to anything, please check the description 😁 I’ve updated it to include swimwear, toiletries, makeup, and athleticwear!! Thanks for showing so much love on this video 💕

For your bar soap - if you haven't tried it already, I really enjoy the Matador Flatpak Soap Bar Case! You can put your soap bars in it soaking wet and they will dry through without getting anything else wet! Also, it works like a tiny wet bag in that it's soft-sided and you roll it closed so the smaller your soap bar gets the less room it takes up :)

A Patagonia Nano with a hood lives in my travel bag. Just because you are traveling to warm destinations doesn't mean there won't be areas of high elevation or wicked air conditioning on a bus. Thank for the helpful tips. I am impressed you were able to fit all that in your bag.

If you are thinner, you need significantly more warm clothing, even in warmer surroundings, especially when the air conditioning is on indoors.

Thanks for the video, I enjoyed watching it! My boyfriend and I are currently in Vietnam and before we went away I watched a lot of packing videos. What I realised is that while I think that I'm going to be a better version of myself while traveling, I usually come to the conclusion that I don't mind wearing something for several days and I won't do any of the fancy skincare routines that I planned on doing. I will also have everything washed from time to time, so I cut down on clothing and toiletries. The only items that I don't cut down on is medication and underwear haha. Next time I'm going to try to bring even less: I will only bring a merinowool bra and two normal ones, three dresses (and preferably linen/cotton), only two pairs of (merino)socks, one linen pant, one sportlegging, a cotton short for underneath the dresses (for when I'm sitting on a scooter), one packable vest, packable raincoat, and one merinowool tanktop and one pyjamashort. For shoes definitely hiking boots & tevas (or something similar). A sleeping mask and earplugs have been lifesavers. Although my noisecancelling headphones don't fold and thus take up some space, I don't want to miss it on the flight. Personally 8 types of swimwear is too much, but I totally get that if you really enjoy wearing them and get a lot of use out of it, then it"s a good idea to bring them with you. Especially if you're far away from home, it's nice to have a bit of comfort and those tiny things usally help ❤

i was considering getting a 60-65l bag and risking it not fitting as a carry-on but the fact that you bring straighteners and three pairs of shoes has given me the confidence i needed to travel with a 40L! My main destination in new Zealand so it's also reassuring that you have been there too! This video has been a gamechanger for me thank you big time !!

Great video! Decathlon has a cheap (~70 Euro) real Down Puffy Jacket, super light folds down mini size. Together with the rain jacket - winter coat! Just in case you wanna upgrade at some point. I have mine for years they hold up great.

8 swim suits is a lot for me and I live in Miami. But I like that bikinis can double as bralettes when needed
