  I had a s.b.c in a 76 Nova and loved it    I had a77 Chevy truck with a 350 that would pull anything.    You can do amazing things with them.    Most of the parts are interchangeable. And they are fun too work on

  I had a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pE5U9bKb4HM&amp;t=207">3:27</a> small journal crank block I put a small journal 283 steel crank that had been turned down 1010 on the rods and manes I employed free floating wrist pins in the rods and the Pistons power forged pistons I also I also use solid lifters and some dark heads that had 308 intake valves I also employed a dry sump with a high volume oil pump I also employed 1.7 rockers I also employed the Pete Jackson gear drive I put a 780 Holly on a tarantula tm1 Edelbrock also an MSD multiple spark discharge I also ran split fires spark plugs I use closed chamber heads got almost <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pE5U9bKb4HM&amp;t=661">11:01</a> and even more if you bore it 30 over from the 4 inch bore 327 block and then it becomes a 307 the hard way I ripped ass with this thing nothing could beat me no Big blocks no other small blocks no trans ams no vets no mustangs when the M22 Rock crusher level wine close ratio transmission with a 12-inch clutch and I dominated I never got beat I became one with my car&apos;s RPM and everything and I never touched the clutch except to dump it out of the hole I got 8600 RPM out of that thing and then I knocked it out of the hole front wheels in the air hit second hit for 4th gear I put lightning rods in it lightning rods so that you know you only shift it to the next gear to the next gear okay I never touched the clutch again once I launched and it was outstanding outstanding nobody realized what I had I said it&apos;s just a 283 yes it was a 283 still crank turn 1010 and it was a small journal the winding up was unbelievable nobody had an answer while I was beating Z28 mustangs Corvettes anything that came against me even the Big blocks had no chance against my little 302 that I bored 30 over into a 307 with a 283 crank wow I done something didn&apos;t I my name is Mark Miller nobody ever beat me ever ever ever ever ever ever ever never beat me

  I also got rid of the fan on the water pump that&apos;s 15 horsepower that I use two Harrison radiators for Coors and I put dual electric fans between the one and four and two electric fans behind the other so I had four cooling fans 8 course of radiator I run two oil coolers in line deep pan dry sump oil the crank never touched the oil a knife edge to steal 283 Crank that was already 10000 on the rods in 10,000 turned down on the mains and being the fact that it was a small journal 327 block and a small journal 283 crank I had no problem reaching 8600 RPM also in the tarantula tm1 high-rise I used a screen that when the gasoline hit it it particularized and became a mist I did all this at age 20 and I beat everything I was in a 300 deluxe two-door Chevelle which is the lightest of all chevelles because it didn&apos;t have the hardtop and I had a 308 rear end and let me tell you something that close ratio M22 four-speed level wind gears in it and it was closed ratio and I kicked everybody&apos;s ass never was I beaten and from there I took a 210 four-door post body style 55 Chevrolet cut about two and a half foot out of the front door and shorten the whole thing my drive shaft was almost 2 ft long and then I had a 410 rear end I put a spool in it so I had complete positraction and there was no weight on the front end up in the air first gear second gear and I never touched the clutch but once and that was to drop it to drop it at 8600 RPM I come out of the hole wheels in the air nobody would ever beat me I was never beaten I&apos;m 64 years old now

  I love the Chevrolet 265, 283 and especially the 327!!! &nbsp;They don&apos;t make them that good anymore!!!

  I had four bolt mains incorporated into the 327 block so also the Caps aftermarket caps that were built for that listen I did more than greenwood did and I never lost a race never blew an engine and I had free floating wristbands that spun in the rod and I use like blue rods and then they spun in the in the rod and in a piston there was no hot spots and I use clips to keep them steady in the middle and I had no problems at all I boarded out 0 I made a 307 with a 2838 in a 327 block now I did this at 18 years old my name is Mark Christopher Miller Esquire

  Also I use roller rockers and solid lift and I used 1.8 rocker so instead of the 1.5 is what came with the car I had 1.8 rockers that completed the duration a bit in the lift and I said the crank I had a windage tray in it and it never touched the oil it was a dry sump oil pan and it and it took and never hit the crank I kicked ass I&apos;m a legend in Winter Haven Florida Polk county
