I just realized the mini games explain each character
1. Chica is constantly making pizza as seen in her game
2. Freddys legs are locked up because he kept running at the guards
3. Felix lost a bet with bernard so benard basically stole the guys skin and muscles, explaining why Felix is fucked and why Bernard is now jacked, he stole Felix's jaw too.

If Spengler de hunz ( what ever it is) was real he would go the the west hallway his jumpscare would be him biting you and the only way to keep him back is to give him a bone from a bone machine called “ bone dispenser 7000 “ each time you click the button “ dispense bone” he would eat the bone simlar to Clara’s mechanic and his executed animation would be him sad about his hand burned

If you notice that Freddy didn’t have his legs locked up so that means when he was attacking other staff, that’s when his legs was locked
