Undefeated 7lb "Full Soda" Irish Breakfast Sandwich Challenge in Northern Ireland!!

A&Z #1095 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus Safari's Undefeated 7lb "Full Soda" Irish Breakfast Sandwich Challenge hosted by Safari Grill in Banbridge, Northern Ireland of the United Kingdom!! After finishing up our 7-week (~40 days) Republic of Ireland Tour, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I spent 2 weeks exploring most of the major cities and areas around Northern Ireland. During our travels, I attempted 8 Northern Ireland man vs food restaurant challenges. For eating challenge event #5, we headed to Safari Grill located in downtown Banbridge, Northern Ireland so I could attempt their undefeated 7lb "Full Soda" Irish Breakfast Sandwich Challenge which has been unbeaten since Safari opened back in 2019. I had just 40 minutes to finish everything. There was a giant "full soda" loaf of bread with 8 fried eggs, 8 Irish bacon rashers, 8 sausages, 8 full slices of potato bread (16 halves), 500g of grilled onions, and 500g of grilled mushrooms. I was trying to become the first champion to win my £25 breakfast sandwich meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame. There are many different food challenges available, with this one being the toughest challenge. For this "Full Soda" Irish Breakfast Sandwich Challenge, there was a 40 minute time limit to finish. There are 8 massive eggs, each made with 2 egg whites. There are 8 rashers of Irish bacon, 8 Irish sausages, 8 full slices of potato bread (16 halves), 500g of grilled mushrooms, and 500g of grilled onions, all served on a full round loaf of Irish soda bread slices in half. The delicious soup I dipped the bread into was optional and no drinks were required either. Winners receive the £25 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame.
