I would like to see less about how people could make changes successfully and a lot more about particular foods to eat in the diet.

Mungi di daal ( mung bean daal)
NB. Ensure the chopped / sliced garlic has rested for 20 mins first to release optimum levels of allicin.
Mix the raw garlic in at the end of cooking away from heat to minimise allicin degradation

Plastics and Agent Orange share a chemical link through chlorine chemistry and dioxin formation. Both industries rely on chlorinated organic compounds, and burning or producing certain plastics can create dioxins, which are the same toxic family of contaminants found in Agent Orange.

I have been battling MM 3 yrs. I was a VERY fit and healthy 60yr old with a brilliant diet and exercise. Minimal sugar, whole grains, protiens, lean meats etc. It's surprised me that no one has asked me my history in regard to diet?

I was raised in the generation that were first introduced to microwave ovens. My mother loved hers and cooked vegetables and meat in plastic bags or containers. Most people did this for at least a decade or more before realising the dangers.

Has anyone looked into the link between Agent Orange and heated/burning plastics?

Seems the same high fiber diet is good for most ailments. Avocado hot sauce and sourkrout on millet quinoa toast for lunch and baked beans on mushroom oat pie for supper.

Very helpful discussion, thanks! I've had persistent minor anemia for more than a year, so I resumed eating red meat. Blood tests show that iron deficiency is not the problem; I've recently been diagnosed with MGUS. Time to get back on a balanced whole grain vegetarian diet and add curcumin.

For those who served in Vietnam and other locations using agent orange MGUS is given 0 percent service connection. And will be awarded more should they be diagnosed with multiple myeloma. Since my diagnosis with MGUS I have taken Quercetin that is known in animal studies to kill myeloma cells that travels throughout the bloodstream. I have no M spike over the years but recently a small amount lytic lesions in my ribcage have been seen through my radioactive PYP test at Boston Medical suggesting now that I may be diagnosed with with non secretory multiple myeloma. Because I am 79 I intend to simply continue taking my Quercetin

What a bunch of pure crap. My cousin died of multipule myeloma and he 100% athletic and watched a show another athlete who had multipule myeloma so it seems to be happening to top tier athletes not obese people. It seems it is a conspiracy to look in the completely wrong directin.
