  I have an 07 with tons of mods, full Leo V system, BST wheels, tons of Ti and CF parts. I LOVE the bike. It is big by modern sport bike standards but its comfortable and lets you move around and get comfortable. They handle brilliantly too.

  Had a rsv mille 1999 for 5 years, it had the double exhaust of a rsv1000r great bike! Then bought a tuono first gen 2004 black and red had her for 10 years, it had when sold  91.000km on the clock. What a bike!! Now have a ducati multistrada 1000ds and looking for an rsv1000r, love the looks and want a aprilia again!

  Had a gen 2 tuono for 11 years  .. if you cant live with the low bars @Sam Vincent the Tuono is a great shout

  I have had my 2004 RSV1000R since 2019. Its a keeper. I have replaced the stator/regulator myself with non-oem parts. Works 100%. The other mod I did was replace the wires that run through the centre of the V. They showed signs of melting, so I wrapped the new ones in material based heat protection, and it's great. The only bugbear I have is the rear brake is a shocker. The brake fluid pipes get really hot so the viscosity is too thin, resulting in awful braking. There are mods taken from the RSV4 which can conquer that. It's a feeling good bike which has a power band higher up in the rev range. It's a joy to own. Get one if you want to get looked at!!! It's loud with open exhausts. 😈👍

  £1900, it's not a mille, 2004 on bikes are RSV1000R.

  I have a gen 1 rsv mille, standard but with the double exhaust from an SP. handling is amazing, costed me about 2800,- and that was 2 years ago.
