  The man who invented the iPad, Steve Jobs, would not allow his children access to iPads or iPhones or much technology at all because he believed it was detrimental to their development as human beings. That speaks volumes and it should scare the hell out of every parent

  As a zoomer my kids are not having ipads, they will watch the rain drops race to the bottom of the car window like we all did.

  My 13 year old niece REFUSES to say the words &quot;thank you&quot;. &nbsp;Her parents told me, &quot;We don&apos;t do that. &nbsp;If you need a thank you, don&apos;t give a gift,&quot; so the child feels entitled to disapprove of gifts to the giver&apos;s face! &nbsp;Our parents raised us to say please and thank you. &nbsp;I do it religiously, and my brother has decided it is not necessary to have basic social skills, such as gratitude. &nbsp;His kid is SO entitled, it makes me sick.
