  When I saw you didn’t upload, I figured you were taking much needed break, grief isn’t linear, and it can’t be measured. Although grief doesn’t get easier, I hope it becomes easier to manage

  That’s how i felt when my Mom passed. If i smile that voice kept telling me “why are you smiling ?” “Why are you laughing?”<br>Then it pulls you back into that sad place. My hubby, Friends and Family gave me the time to heal. I use to Call my friends and just cry and they allowed me to, no words needed they understood the tears. You will be ok Tan. Take the time and take your time ❤ it is good that you are releasing your tears whenever you want.
