  It all works, just listen! Me and my ex broke up almost 2 years ago and to this day, no matter how far he has wondered he tries getting back into my life. Take the advice. It only works if you are genuinely living your life for you, not even him. Getting better and feeling good for you will make this all easier!

(Wrong!) asked how i was doing? held my head up high, said good 👍& left his presence 🏃‍♀️ expeditiously, before he could say another word. Bc i'll never give u a 2nd chance to hurt me 🙅‍♀️ .   The best revenge is success. &nbsp;Lose weight (if you need to) or tone up; change your hair style/colour and clothing style; take up a new hobby that gives you a zest for life again; learn something new; go to evening class; take on a voluntary job or work in a bar to boost your confidence; and NEVER leave your home looking less than gorgeous. And if you do see him - smile, say hello and ask politely about his family (NOT about him), then say you&apos;re late for something and move on - it&apos;ll crucify him!!!
