You can't buy anything outside of that and you have a year of access to the "card" (Not a physical card) so you better spend everything. For online purchases it's supposed to be on an Italian site where they accept the card.

In Europe we don t call it Socialism, instead we use the term Social Democracy. Socialism is a more left wing thing

European here. We don’t love socialism. What we love is social policies. There is a big difference

It isn't socialism it's social policy. Even though the two concepts are similar and socialists often champion social policy, socialism requires the complete dismembering of capitalism, which is a trait the entirety of Europe lacks and only a couple countries today lack a capitalist hierarchy. Even the few non-capitalist countries instead have a statist hierarchy under the guise of socialism.

The Marshall plan wasn't some charity, it was implemented because the US needed Europe to recover in order for new markets and allies to emerge. It was a calculated move not some random act of generosity. What's funny is that now the US is trying to undermine the EU by influencing it's members in an attempt to break it apart because we have too much socialism or something, which I think is a bit funny since the US helped kickstart. It also can't be omitted how the Great Depression started by the US was a major contributing factor to Hitler's rise to power later on.
