I am Sottish and grew up in the 60s use to dance to some of these songs. Great songs, I didn't even consider if these artists were black or white just loved them.

There will never be music like this EVER again and I’m blessed to have grown up during to experience it. Sam Cooke passed on my 6th birthday but I remember all the adults were emotional. 💙

The What’s going on album is a MASTERPIECE 🥹It’s on all of my playlists and I listen to a song off the album everyday. Marvin was a visionary. This album is eternal, because it relates to what’s happening now. May Marvin and all others who’ve passed on Rest in Eternal Peace🙌🏾👸🏽🤴🏽Happy Juneteenth✊🏽♥️💛🖤💚🥰
