37:15 They are called the Pindaris—a notorious, violent clan of raiders and dacoits who target kingdoms just to pillage and loot them.
Remember the bandits Devasena kills in her intro scene earlier in the movie (when Baahubali first lays eyes on her and falls in love)? Those guys were just an advance scouting unit from this exact same gang. The massive army attacking Kuntala (Devesena's Kingdom) later is their main force returning for a full-scale raid.
They had nothing to do with Sivagami or Mahishmati Kingdom—the bandits just happened to attack at the exact moment Sivagami's message arrived, which is why the timing makes it look connected!

Hope this helps 😊

Such a wonderful reaction! Great observation and discussion. This film is special effects done right. That is they are weak in parts but the atirikt carries them. Why I loved RRR as well. It was over the top but the script was so substantive! Always enjoy watching my favourite series and films with you guys. Thank you and best wishes! ❤
