  A big take away from one of the books that Ross has recommended was not to have a &quot;resulting&quot; bias on my trades. What that means is just because the trade is red doesn&apos;t mean it&apos;s a bad trade. A bad trade consists of 2 decision: the entry and the exit. So if you got a good entry but hesistated on the exit, bad trade; However a good entry and good exit but trade is Red, this is a good trade that just happens to be red.

  A college education is much more than a specific route to a job or trade. &nbsp;James Cameron, accomplished film director, majored in Physics. &nbsp;Being well read and intellectually curious trains the brain to think on a higher level for whatever may come in the future.

  I think it comes down to each individual will go through enough pain that it will lead to changing behavior or quiting all together, and since its emotional training. 95% of traders quit at the very bottom and walk away. I&apos;m at bottom after 2 years, but I will not quit, I just dramatically reduced size because money isn&apos;t the goal, behavior modification is the goal

  New people don&apos;t appreciate the Psych aspect of trading. &nbsp;I know I didn&apos;t. &nbsp; &nbsp;It&apos;s all about the technical aspect of trading. &nbsp;It&apos;s only after you have been in the game for a while and gone through the ups and downs. &nbsp;Have made big mistakes and poor risk management...etc that you realize it was the psych aspect that lead to many of those errors and big red days.

  I enjoyed this video. It helps me remember we’re all regular people. We have a common goal that we want to learn. &nbsp;You provide the welcoming atmosphere to just watch and listen to you.
