素晴らしい動画ありがとうございます。<br>特に足の使い方のところで、憧れの選手のマネではなく、自分に合うかどうかを判断基準にする、というところは激しく同意します。<br><br>だからこそ肘の使い方も人によって違うと思います。<br>範士の先生でも、肘をあまり使わず手首を重視する方と小さい打突でも必ず肘を使え、という方がいます。<br>4スタンス理論というものがあり、それだとウマズラさんはAタイプだと思いますが、Bタイプの人は同じ動きでは、上手く動けません。<br>これは批判ということではなく、足の使い方のところでウマズラさんご本人がおっしゃっているように、人によって体の動かし方は違うので、竹刀の振り方もタイプがあると思う、ということです。
