I remember saying that if Buster Douglas beats Mike Tyson I will go back to church. 30 years later I am still in church. Thanks Buster Douglas.

I was hating on Buster for years as a Tyson fan until I realized how foolish I was. A month after Buster knocked out Tyson, while at Janet Jackson’s concert at Richfield Colosseum, my brothers and I spotted him sitting in a seat. So many people started surrounding him, security escorted him out. I kept trying to get through about 30 cops around Buster, and one of the cops said that he was going to arrest me if I tried to get through again. Buster said, “Let the little man through.” He asked me what I wanted him to write. Classy dude. Thanks, Buster.

Buster’s victory over Tyson is one the most perfectly-executed fight strategies I’ve ever seen. No matter what, no one can take that away from him. It was beautiful!

You can see Buster is still hurting over his mom.<br>I got a little watery-eyed for him. Prayers to him.

People can say whatever they want about Buster. &nbsp; But he won the undisputed heavyweight world championship against all odds. &nbsp; He’s quite obviously a kind humble person. &nbsp;I give him my respect

The 1 thing Buster taught me is that you do not necessarily have to be great, just be great in a moment.

What a fantastic son he is. He must have loved his mother very much. She was his inspiration in his preparation for the Tyson fight.

Douglas has always been super mellow and slow spoken, but the &nbsp;interview was actually really good. Glad to see he seems to have his faculties given his long boxing career and medical issues. He is recounting details from 30 - 40 years ago and articulating them well. Seems like an intelligent, well thought out and respectful dude. These dopes bashing him and the interview lack the attention span to process this and would rather listen to fast talk sound bites with no substance.
