El queso y la Sra. No son de Chiautla de Tapia, solo que hace décadas era famoso ese queso, y se les quedó decir que son de Chiautla, pero son de la región de Cholula. Yo soy Chiauteco he ido a Cholula y no sabe igual, la característica de aquí es que tiene mucho tallado. Y ya no hay muchas queseras , las meras buenas ya escasean y desgraciadamente han ido muriendo .
