  My friends nephew was supposed to attend a Macklemore concert but found out he had cancer and couldn't go. Macklemore some how heard about this and went and visited my friends nephew in the hospital. It made his day! And probably helped toward his recovery. A lot of things are much bigger than fame and money.

  Most Irish people I met over there really know their history, and they just struck me as folks with real integrity and empathy.
