  In Peru, ceviche is traditionally consumed at lunchtime, as the fresh fish retains its flavor and texture better earlier in the day. At night, Peruvians usually avoid eating ceviche, possibly because the fish is no longer as fresh as it was in the morning.

  People in peru it’s very polite, friendly and kind can be that when you stopped the person &nbsp;to don’t crush your camera maybe that person didn’t understand English or you approached in a way that the person thought you were arguing &nbsp;and Peruvian will prefer to avoid that situations &nbsp;and Lima it’s not always gray 😂😂😂😂 and people it’s not in bad mood because the weather hahahaha that comment surprise me from someone coming from Russia with a extreme winter I’ve been there and I would never generalize and judge people. &nbsp;it was an isolated situation

  First recommendation: ceviche is always eaten at midday or lunch because the fish is fresher. Peruvians almost never eat it at night. Very rare.

  Just spent 3 weeks in Peru with my kids for the Inti Raymi in June. Peru has it all! June is wintertime there but still very beautiful in the Andes and hot as well. Will be coming back during the summer to enjoy the beaches ☀️🥰

  Most people here dont speak English, so tourist with a at leats a basic spanish have a much greater experience with service and people helping them.

  Amigos fueron a lugares muy lujosos, pero no típicos. En esos lugares es más presentación que esencia. El real sabor está en lugares más sencillos
