  Ive been clean from pain meds for 3 years now was addicted for over 13 years its such a hard addiction ive lost so much due to my addiction i also woke up and said enough is enough after my husband passed 3 years ago that was my breaking point i knew i had to be here for my babies im all they got. Love you so much thank you for all you do im so proud of you ive been a fan from day 1 and ill be here for you til the end

  My mom has been struggling with addiction my whole life. Hearing you say "no one can make someone get better" really hits me hard. I'm 21 and just starting to understand that. Thank you for sharing, seeing you succeed helps me keep going. You have no idea how much you sharing means to me.

  My mother committed suicide last month after a long battle with alcoholism. She was being prescribed a cocktail of pills for her mental illness that became toxic when mixed with alcohol and turned her into somebody I didn’t even recognize. Glad you’re bringing awareness to this.

  I appreciate that you're talking about this. The opioid epidemic is truly one of this centuries greatest cases of medical malpractice, and it's treated as though the victims are to blame. Most doctors do not adequately warn their patients about the rates of addiction and physical dependence that are caused by pain meds and how hard it is to come off these things. And doctors are let off the hook so easily for their carelessness. It is so depressing how many lives are lost, and how many families are impacted by the opioid epidemic.

  I lost my mom to addiction in 2017 and my dad was clean for a solid 2 years after he got out of prison, after that he has relapsed worse than I've ever seen before, considering he even did drugs with me when i was only 14. i had to get sober alone while my dad got worse and worse. i truly felt like I lost my dad and i never thought i would get him back. he lost himself and his mind(due to drug induced psychosis). I'm sad to say that I'm glad he's finally incarcerated again.. i thought for sure i would wake up to him dead one day. i know there is hope for him just like there is hope for all who are struggling with addiction and those who have lost loved ones to addiction. it gets better. Thank you so much for this video Rach. The first video of yours i watched was the video of you discussing your past with addiction and you've been my favorite ASMR channel ever since. You are such a kind and genuine soul. Never stop being you🖤

  I gotta say Rach, my cat LOVES your asmr. I thought she just liked to cuddle me when I was unwinding but I started noticing she comes to lay down with me faster when I’m watching your videos. <br><br>Makes her pass out and snore. And so we thank you for the multi-species tingles and relaxation!!! You’re the best 💕🐈‍⬛

  I just recently got sober from booze… I was pure mayhem. Just celebrated 6 months working my AA program. It works if you work it! Meeting makers make it! If I can do it anyone can! Stay strong!<br><br>Rach you are sober from all substances?<br><br>Please remember YOU ARE NOT ALONE! 💕💕💕
