Unquestionably one of the greatest living Chefs. My internal monologue when cooking has a French accent because of him. 🇫🇷 So much knowledge and wisdom for Jacque. God bless him and his family.

Whenever I make butternut squash soup I always roast instead of boiling. The flavor is so much richer!
