  They’re all so brave for agreeing to be on the documentary. Normalising seeking help without judgement is how we can help people come off thedrugs that are harming them.

  As a med student, i did a placement in urology, and there were so many young people with bladder issues related to ketamine use.

  It's not just harm reduction. We need to know how to tolerate painful emotions and be able to be ok.  People take drugs because they can't tolerate their emotions and/or life.

  Its culture not classification. Dont waste your energy and time. People will put whatever in their body regardless. Got to ask the question why so many young people take drugs not where we put the drug on a chart.

  I’m from Poland and it is absolutely insane for me how casual drugs are in the uk, how it is socially acceptable, literally line of sniff is as normal as a glass of wine here… dealers have the audacity to send out menus (wtf?! How is the police not just getting on them chats and sorting it out).  I’ve even been called weird for not wanting to take coke with people here whilst having a casual gathering at home… and it’s not even homeless people or something, all these druggies have jobs, look normal, some are doctors themselves… absolutely mental, you get tested to work in a factory here but not as a doctor… I’ve seen so many people (school, uni friends etc.) ruin their lives with drugs here, very sad…
