I just want to tell a little Dweezil story: I saw him (for the 3rd time) on the first leg of this tour in August 2024. A very kind dude on Reddit met up with me and gave me a free VIP meet and greet ticket. Right before doors open, someone from the venue comes out and says DZ's bus with all the gear broke down and the show is cancelled. We all wait around and they come out again saying "the gear still isn't here but Dweezil is, the show might be back on so come on in." With it not being clear if the show was gonna happen, Dweezil spent over two hours doing a Q&A, signing anything for anybody, and just generally shooting the shit with the whole audience, not just the VIP ticket people - even as the gear arrived and the crew quickly set everything up. I also got to touch the Roxy SG lol. The set was truncated because of venue noise curfew, but the band continued playing as the seconds left were counted down out loud. It left me with the impression that Dweezil is a decent guy.

We are truly honored to see the Airborn Flanger being used in Dweezil Zappa's main setup! It’s an incredible moment for us to have our pedal featured by such a talented artist. Thanks to Premier Guitars for showcasing this amazing rig!

I love the fact that Dweezil keeps and play his fathers guitars. You see so many times where classic players guitars go to auction and are never to be seen or played in public again. Oh and he really does justice to them. What a humble player.

I remember one day on Instagram when I received a notification that Dweezil had followed me. One of the best days of my life.
