  “Don’t let your dream consume you.” But I’ve started to think differently.<br>If you’re in your 20s, 30s, or even approaching 40, sometimes the best choice is to let your dream consume you completely. Go all in. Give it 100%. Put all your time and energy into it.<br>Don’t worry too much about Christmas parties, random hangouts, or New Year’s resolutions. Focus on that one thing. Commit to it until you become so good that, even with your eyes closed, you can do it naturally.<br>Like playing the guitar — you close your eyes, your fingers move, and your voice follows without thinking. It becomes part of you.<br>So what happens if you let your dream consume you?<br>Nothing bad. You’re still you.<br>But now, you might reach a level of greatness where people are willing to pay you for your skill. Your life can start to change.<br>If you don’t go all in on one thing, you’ll probably stay average. And the truth is, nobody really cares about average.<br>Greatness comes from obsession, discipline, and commitment.

  What is greatness? Is it having a lot of money? Being famous? For me greatness is when you give kindness and compassion to others, even though you&apos;re struggling yourself.
