One practical suggestion for those who use Pressure cookers. Instead of deep boiling and cooking in water better to just steam the 3 inch pieces of Raw Banana pre pealed and placed on a net above waterlevel.That avoids the slightly bitter taste of raw skin and blackening of the banana mash. And the cooked banana mash will be dry and not soggy when cutlets or TIKKY is made.Like Vada batter try to add salt only minute before you make the rounds ready to place on frying pan or oven.<br>Use of Rice powder is the remedy if watercontent is more in the mix.<br>One can deep fry as balls <br>Imitating Potato bonda.( North Indian PAV VADA)
