Didn't Toby say the devs are already coding enemies and bosses in chapter 6 prove that there is gonna be a dark world? Not to mention there is also the shelter dark world that Susie is hellbent on entering by finding the shelter codes. Imo Toby telling Fangamer not to make too much merchandise for chapters 6&7 is likely hinting that the darkners that we'll encounter will reveal major hints to the plot twist that he stated will be clarified in that chapter and we know how detail-oriented the Deltarune fandom is. That said however, I believe the intro voice will be revealed in chapter 6 but there is a better chance that the voice will be revealed in chapter 7.
