  Tom, this video is not showing what Sam Towers is really about. We rented an apartment there for six months before buying one on a high fllor with a large living room/kitchen afea, 2 balconies and Bay view and river/city view. We later bought a 2nd, identical apartment and equipped it with high quality furniture and a full size kitchen. We rented it out 2 times now in the blink of an eye. The quality of the building is - unlike some comments here - good. The security people are great and the garage is well maintained and not as chaotic as others I have seen. The gym/pool ist outsourced but this is common standard nowadays.  It's true that there is not much around intefms of coffee shops/restaurants but Madame Lan, Luk Lak or Luna Pub are within comfortable  walking distance along the river boardwalk. Moreover we enjoy the quietness und with a motorbike the location is not out of the way. You seem to be more interested in cheaper apartments which is fair enough but your preference seems to bias your verdict.

  Some of the lack of common sense in the design of these places is insane. The bedroom with the storage box at the foot of the bed so you have to body roll over the bed to have a 30 cm gap to the cupboard is mind boggling.😅

  All these apartments are overpriced for tourists/expats.  Very basic apartments, not worth the prices.

  There must be actual luxury apartments available somewhere in Da Nang. Those places were all tiny and all in all basic.

  I’ve been in that building. Several rooms have black mold on the walls. The whole building is poorly maintained and should be avoided
