The "you're going to lose your job" always weirds me out. What authority do these people think they have?

Thank you for blurring out the service workers faces. For giving them the privacy they deserve. No one works at these jobs wanting to have their day disrupted let alone recorded without consent. I think as a society we’ve gotten way too comfortable will filming strangers and publishing it online. I’ve see this way too much, it shouldn’t be the norm. It’s having consequences people are staying in their homes, omitting parts of their personality all because they don’t want to be used as content. It’s beyond ridiculous. This may be a controversial opinion but I believe that we are owed a modicum of privacy when out in public.

For so many people the digital world is more real than physical reality now. We're losing our humanity and it's scary.

I'm not happy about this genre growing. It's all about being despicable for views. Ragebait is terrible but it always works for going viral.

I now understand why service workers light up when I say small things like please and thank you. Humanity is disgusting, they’re human beings and all you want is clout for ruining their life.

I've always held to the belief that EVERYONE should work a service job at least once in their life precisely for this reason. Once you're on the receiving end of the disrespect it's not as humorous anymore.

One way to deal with this problem is businesses having no filming policies,  refusing to serve anyone filming while trespassing them if they don't comply and backing their employees up when dealing with unhinged rude customers whether the customer is filming or not.
