  As someone that used to build and trade houses a lottttt, don’t EVER underestimate how much u could get. It takes soooo much time but trustttt you’ll get shocking offers if ur patient enough. And don’t let lowballers confuse u

  My recommendations, dont use floor panels for the floor, use rugs, it saves money, same with the walls. And to make a glitch house, get a cube, and size it up, lower it a bit. Hope this 🤞🤞

So first your gonna get a tiny home, (could do this with any home however… it’s cheaper to do it with a tiny home.) then you’re gonna grab like that couch in the corner then use advanced building to move it outside of the house, the. Your gonna get like a fly pet and, once you and your pet are outside of your house your gonna fly on the pet, then your gonna go to the like basic shapes, then your gonna get like a cone, square, circle whatever works best, and your gonna size it up until it’s however big you want, and then you have a canvas for a glitch build! (They tend to be very expensive tho)— also I’d trade like 10-15 value for that house😭

  Tip! You can use basic rugs as wall paper! You can’t walk though it after your done with it and it’s free! It saves you a lot of money! &lt;3
