Entry cost needs to be balanced against exit costs (depreciation). Servicing intervals are more frequent. Reading reviews citing rust on rims where spokes join. Dealers service centres are fewer. Not sure about medium to longer term reliability. I’m not convinced tbh.

I hope Zontes have changed their metal supplier. I owned a Zontes Scorpion 125 and although kept in a garage rusted away. I swear I could hear it rusting especially the exhaust. When emailling Zontes and telling them about this I did not even get an acknowledgement. Never buy a Zontes you are throwing money away, also no resell value

Just watched this again. No reviews from you for 10 months, Jake. Are you okay?

And with the 2026 model they seem to have done something about the suspension, and you get heated seats, and most importen cruise control. This Zontes seems like epic value for the money :) Great comparison btw. :)

Great concept, by providing comparison to ADV. Very comprehensive information, nicely presented.

Seriously Jake, your biggest security threat is China. And China has no problem cutting off parts supply and service any time they feel like it. China is well known for patent infringement and espionage on anything with a camera or microphone. China goes against western values in all things. Watch the China-focused videos from those who have lived there. Know where your money goes and who it helps after it leaves your hands.

Very comprehensive review! Unlike those standard reviews done out there. Well done!
