  I spoke to few estate attorneys and viewed few vids on the subject, but still made few assumptions that were incorrect, and despite my learning about the process I still left out few things that I learned from this video. I also have to say this is the most comprehensive video I ever seen and this is far better than the advice I paid for to get from some local attorneys. Thank you.

  I helped a friend when her husband passed. It seemed to me like everyone wanted a death certificate. Banks (2), funeral home, insurance companies (3), retirement (2). Get as many as you can, our funeral home offered 10 and we used every one.

  This guest is FANTASTIC!  As a paralegal that is branching out to probate, I am very thankful for his easy to understand teaching style.  I loved how he said  "Great question" so many times.  Most great teachers do that bc they realize that equipping others with knowledge is a gift.  Thank you for posting this video!!

  Pro tip: do NOT let your notary read the document you are having them sign.  They are witnessing and notarizing YOUR SIGNATURE AND YOUR SIGNATURE ONLY.  Nosey bank notary tried to lift the cover sheet and read the document I was having her sign and I shut her down, she could see a full page of printing on the page through the cover sheet, all she needed to know was the type of document and see my driver's license to prove who I was.  She tried once to tell me she needed to look at the document or she couldn't sign it, I reminded her that she didn't need to read it, which she very well knew was the case and she got busy notarizing it.  It was a small town and she just wanted to snoop in my business.

  I&apos;ve watched many videos on this topic as I gather information before deciding what to do. This one is by far the best, most detailed and most fact-filled one I&apos;ve found so far! &nbsp;I plan on watching it again (at least one more time!) and taking lots of notes. I plan on telling my friends about it, too!!!

  He is amazing at explaining all the legal, sometimes intimidating, terms in simple &nbsp;&amp; concise ways so we can understand easily. &nbsp;I learned so much by watching this video (3 times) on wills, living trusts, and how to prepare for my estate planning. <br>Thank you &amp; Jim.
