  Hi there. Thank you very much for the time and effort put in to make these videos. Just a suggestion as someone trying to learn from them - if I may. You tend to jump around a lot, and rarely finish your train of thought - leaving those of us watching unable to get the benefit of whatever it was you were originally trying to get across. Also, you read a question on your monitor in its entirety, only verbalizing a part of it to your viewers. Again, we completely lose the benefit of knowing what the original question was. Sometimes it's not possible to work backward from an answer you give to get to the emailer's original question. Apart from what I mentioned - an amazing source of information. Thank you.

  the scenario i am trying to create is if the mains from municipality is down and vise -versa and standby genset with ATS (auto starts or switches off)

  Please assist I have grid input and solar batteries input . The inverter is connected to a VSD connected to a packing machine  . phase are all checked and correct . first  I need to know how to program the settings so VSD wil start with solar / batt power and then when grid power comes on the system must switch over to grd and charge batteries .

  Hi I have a 3 phase 12kva connected to my place can i connect a singal phase genartor just to charge battery when we there isent solar or grid power?

  Hi Dear<br>i live in area where there is a power cut.. <br>i have 3 sources of electricity <br>-grid<br>-my generator<br>-community generator i pay per kw<br>my questions is<br>1- if &nbsp;the community generator connected on the grid terminal which &nbsp; &nbsp;have a kw meter .. can i resell to it excess power as this generator is shared between 15-20 houses?<br>2-can i program the sun sync to only turn on the generator when no grid power is available and the batteries is below 20 % &nbsp;and use it as a power source without recharging the batteries? as i want the batteries to get charged from solar &nbsp;and turn off the generator when they start charging &nbsp;if yes can you please tell me how?

  so if i want to add a standby genset with ATS (mains, genset,load) to an already existing installation that is connected to municipality mains, PV and Batteries how can i connect my sytandby to this already existing system and please show me the settings as well on the 12 kw hybrid inverter using a 3ph 20KVA standby genset which has ATS

  What could be wrong with my inverter or the battery it doesn&apos;t switch on ,on its own, I have to put the &nbsp;battery and inverter off and then put it on and wait for 3min. Then it switches on<br>It&apos;s a 5kva &nbsp;sunsynk and ouch battery
