  I love that the developers agreed that God of War: Ragnarok needed to end in another jumping session. Kratos, Atreus, and Freya gave Odin those godly tag team combos.

  The developers have literally said Kratos held back in the entire norse saga because his power used to be so intrinsically tied to his rage. He didn&apos;t want to lose himself and become The Ghost of Sparta again. Especially now with his son Atreus, remember he was teaching Atreus techniques he had spent years working on in order to focus and maintain composure over sinking into a sea of fury.

  Still crazy knowing that baldur and odin at this point did NOT know who Kratos really was. That&apos;s why baldur is constantly surprised and even exclaims &quot;why don&apos;t you die!?&quot;

  To be clear, the giant was dead the entire game (you come across it earlier in the game). The giant was being controlled by Freya who was trying to stop Kratos from killing her son. The entire fight she keeps yelling for Kratos to stop. &quot;Groot&quot; was also Freya.

  I love how we clearly see old Kratos. But he&apos;s subdued, controlled, Wise. <br>Kratos spent who knows how many human years living as a &quot;man&quot; being different from the entire pantheons he has slaughtered. <br><br>The dog is still here, and when he shows his fangs the impact is heavy

  Just as a reminder. Freya saw a profficy that Bauldr was gonna die, she was like &quot;oh hell naw, no one taking my baby&quot; and put a curse on him so he wouldn&apos;t die. It&apos;s a curse because he can&apos;t feel anything, being burned, shocked, eating, drinking, women, nothing. Only thing that could break the curse was mistletoe.<br><br>In mythology is kind of the same, except she threatened everything in existence to never harm him, except mistletoe because it&apos;s harmless.
