When I first noticed Matt many years ago I thought: ”Well, this kid can play...“ – I hadn't really realized until now, though, how good he'd become as a guitarist and a musician (which isn't necessarily synonymous) in all these years. This is so much fun to watch! He's obviously got the guts to really feel what he plays and the brains to play intelligently without making it just a sterile show of technique – amazing! Authentic Blues feeling plus the playing skills of a Jazz man – a combination that's hard to beat...
