  Consuela is a beast. I can't believe some of the spots we made it into this weekend. Most importantly she kept us and our passengers safe, no hiccups. I tell her what to do and she does it, couldn't ask for more. Thank you guys for giving me the opportunity to be able to help these people.

  Hey Garrett, I don’t know if you’ll see this message, but Chief Pressley from the SC National Guard (the pilot of the chinook you took a photo in) is a great friend of mine and I’d be happy to link the two of you up if you want to go up and get some flight time in one of their chinooks or Lakotas .   I met Greg that fateful day and was honored to shake his hand and every hand that came to help us. So sad to hear of his passing. Thank you brother for all you did.

  I know this comment will get buried but all of us in the East Tn/Western NC area really appreciates you and all the other pilots that came when nobody asked you to. We definitely made the right person famous, but I wanna brag on Maddie. What a wingman. The both of you just jumping into action no questions asked speaks VOLUMES about you guys as humans. I will forever be a fan of you guys. Do it for Dale, and for community.

  this man is a legend. He spent all that money on that helicopter and then helped out US citizens who needed help. You are my hero Garrett Mitchell.

  Rewatching this on today’s date, we learned Greg Biffle passed in an airplane crash. Devastating. Greg was a “racer” and a “hero”. RIP.

  After spending so much time and money to fix up your helicopter, you finally get it and then immediately put it to work in less than ideal conditions to help out a bunch of strangers. You truly are a good man 🙏🏼👏🏼
