Taeyeon hated this song so much that she cried when it was first released. Then after a few months of success, she started loving it because it paid off her debt and bills. LMAO

I really miss how natural Kpop idols looked only years ago, now the skin of like 90% of idols are impossibly pale and it sets the beauty standards so high like damn

Kbs

 How I imagine backstage:

Manager: “Girls! Next song on the list is Gee.”
(Taeyeon drops to the ground and cries)
Seohyun: “Unnie! What happened? 😰”
Tiffany: “She hates that song!”
Manager: “But you still have to perform it.”
(Taeyeon reluctantly stands up)

Performing

Manager: “OMG this was the best. You were amazing! You too Taeyeon!”
Taeyeon: “I hated it! 😤”

Gee goes on to be the legendary song it is today.

Everything on these outfits is a period piece. The little heel boots; the neon colors that don't really work on anyone; the indecisive mid-rise cut of the shorts and pants; the chain necklaces; and of course, the half-curled hair. This will be studied in 50 years as a period piece.
